Computer Assisted Design (CAD) Level 1

Upon completion of Computer Assisted Design (CAD) Level 1, the student will be able to create basic 2D and introductory 3D drawings using drawing and editing tools, organize drawing objects on layers, prepare layouts, render designs, and apply artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist in generative design and digital transformation.

The basics of operating CAD software are appropriate for students who need a foundational understanding of CAD drafting, 3D modeling, and AI-enhanced design techniques for renovation, construction, and design projects.
